tmi is the creation of Noah J Merritt, a former professional Paramedic and Whitewater Rafting Guide. After earning his MEd from The University of Virginia in 1999, Noah found his Flash development, needs analysis and project design skills to be in great demand. A series of contracted engagements ensued and tmi was born.

Five years later, many things have changed (the technology market for one) but our business is still built on the same things that got us started back in the last century.
